Summit ElderLodge is located in Moravia, New York, in the central Finger Lakes District. Located at the southern edge of the rural village adjacent to the Fillmore Glen State Park, the large parcel with its woods and various topographies provide 270 of natural, tranquil views.

 The Lodge is small in scale and oriented towards quality sustainable long-term residence and health care at below average market cost. The concept centers on controlling these costs for residents while advocating and maintaining a life of dignity for them.
